WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.6. Продавачът не дължи обезщетение за пропуснати ползи, загубено време, транспортни разходи или други косвени щети, произтичащи от дефекта или гаранционния ремонт.
4.7. Ако при диагностиката се установи, че дефектът не се покрива от гаранцията, клиентът заплаща разходите за диагностика в размер на 50 лв. и има право да избере платен ремонт или да получи продукта обратно без ремонт.
5. СПЕЦИАЛНИ УСЛОВИЯ ЗА БАТЕРИИ
5.1. Гаранцията на батерията покрива само фабрични дефекти, довели до пълна неработоспособност.
5.2. Следното НЕ се покрива от гаранцията:
Намален капацитет поради естествено износване (до 20% годишно)
Повреди от дълбоко разреждане (под 20% за повече от 7 дни)
Повреди от зареждане или съхранение при екстремни температури (под -10°C или над 45°C)
Повреди от използване на неоригинално зарядно устройство
Физически повреди на корпуса на батерията
5.3. За валидност на гаранцията, батерията трябва да бъде зареждана поне веднъж на 30 дни, дори при неизползване на превозното средство.
6. РЕКЛАМАЦИИ
6.1. Рекламации се приемат само в писмена форма – по имейл на адрес sselectric.express@gmail.com или чрез формата за контакт на уебсайта.
6.2. Рекламацията трябва да съдържа:
Име и контактни данни на клиента
Номер на поръчката или фактурата
Сериен номер на продукта
Подробно описание на дефекта
Снимки или видео на проблема (при възможност)
6.3. Непълни рекламации няма да бъдат разглеждани до предоставяне на цялата необходима информация.
7. ОГРАНИЧЕНИЕ НА ОТГОВОРНОСТТА
7.1. Максималната отговорност на Продавача по тази гаранция е ограничена до покупната цена на продукта.
7.2. Продавачът не носи отговорност за:
Телесни повреди или смърт, причинени от неправилна употреба
Щети върху имущество на трети лица
Пропуснати ползи или косвени щети
Загуба на данни или лична информация
Щети, причинени от използване на превозното средство по пътища или терени, неподходящи за неговия тип
7.3. Клиентът използва продукта изцяло на своя отговорност и е длъжен да спазва приложимите закони и правила за движение.
8. ВРЪЩАНЕ НА ПРОДУКТИ
8.1. Клиентът има право да върне продукта в срок до 14 (четиринадесет) дни от получаването му, съгласно Закона за защита на потребителите, при условие че:
Продуктът е в оригиналната си опаковка
Продуктът не е използван и няма следи от употреба
Всички аксесоари и документи са налични
8.2. При връщане на продукт, транспортните разходи са за сметка на клиента.
8.3. Продавачът възстановява заплатената сума в срок до 14 (четиринадесет) дни след получаване и проверка на върнатия продукт.
8.4. При установени липси, повреди или следи от употреба, Продавачът има право да удържи съответната сума от възстановяването.
9. ЗАКЛЮЧИТЕЛНИ РАЗПОРЕДБИ
9.1. Тези гаранционни условия са неразделна част от договора за покупко-продажба.
9.2. Продавачът си запазва правото да променя тези условия по всяко време, като промените влизат в сила от датата на публикуването им на уебсайта.
9.3. За всички неуредени въпроси се прилага българското законодателство.
9.4. Всички спорове се решават по взаимно съгласие, а при невъзможност – от компетентния съд в гр. София.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
Electric Express EOOD (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") provides a warranty on purchased electric vehicles under the following conditions:
1. WARRANTY PERIODS
Frame – 24 months
Electric motor – 12 months
Battery – 6 months
Controller – 12 months
Display – 6 months
Charger – 6 months
Brake system (hydraulics/mechanism) – 6 months
Suspension (shock absorbers) – 6 months
Other electrical components – 6 months
Consumables and wear parts – No warranty:
Tires and inner tubes
Brake pads and discs
Chain, sprockets, belts
Spokes, rims, bearings
Pedals, stands, footpegs
Fenders, plastic covers, decorative elements
Buttons, switches, keys
Grips, seats, mirrors
Cables, wires, connectors
Lighting (LED headlights, taillights, turn signals, bulbs)
Horns, bells
Kickstands
All rubber and plastic seals
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase, verified by a fiscal receipt or invoice.
2. WARRANTY VALIDITY CONDITIONS
The warranty is valid only when all of the following conditions are met:
2.1. The customer presents an original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with a clearly visible purchase date.
2.2. The product has been used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the operating instructions.
2.3. The product has not been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons or service centers.
2.4. The serial number of the product has not been damaged, erased, or altered.
2.5. The product has been stored properly according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
2.6. The customer has followed the recommended maintenance intervals.
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty DOES NOT APPLY in the following cases:
3.1. Mechanical damage – impacts, drops, crashes, overloading, improper use.
3.2. Water damage – submersion in water, riding through deep puddles, pressure washing, outdoor storage during rain (regardless of IPX rating).
3.3. Normal wear and tear – tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, chain, sprockets, belts, spokes, rims, bearings, pedals, footpegs, stands, fenders, plastic covers, decorative elements, buttons, switches, keys, grips, seats, mirrors, cables, wires, connectors, lighting (LED headlights, taillights, turn signals, bulbs), horns, bells, kickstands, seals, and all other consumables and wear parts.
3.4. Improper charging – use of non-original chargers, charging at unsuitable temperatures (below 0°C or above 40°C), leaving the battery fully discharged for extended periods.
3.5. Modifications and tuning – software changes, removal of speed limiters, installation of non-original parts, alterations to the electrical system.
3.6. Commercial use – deliveries, courier services, rentals, racing, without explicit written consent from the Seller.
3.7. Natural disasters – floods, lightning, earthquakes, fires, and other force majeure circumstances.
3.8. Improper maintenance – lack of lubrication, contaminated or corroded components due to negligence.
3.9. Cosmetic defects – scratches, color fading, signs of use that do not affect functionality.
3.10. Damage during customer transport – improper transportation or storage after purchase.
3.11. Reduced battery efficiency – natural decrease in battery capacity over time (up to 20% in the first year) is normal and not covered by warranty.
3.12. Improper assembly or adjustment by customer – damage resulting from incorrect assembly or adjustment by the customer.
3.13. Unsuitable terrain – damage caused by using the vehicle on roads or terrain unsuitable for its type.
4. WARRANTY SERVICE
4.1. Upon discovering a defect, the customer must notify the Seller within 7 (seven) days.
4.2. The product must be delivered to the Seller's service center at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3. The Seller has the right to perform diagnostics within 14 (fourteen) business days from receiving the product.
4.4. For valid claims, the Seller will choose one of the following options at their discretion:
Free repair of the defective component
Replacement with an equivalent component (new or refurbished)
Replacement with a product of similar specifications (if unavailable)
4.5. The warranty repair period is up to 30 (thirty) business days from claim approval. If parts need to be ordered from abroad, this period may be extended by up to 30 additional days.
4.6. The Seller is not liable for lost profits, lost time, transportation costs, or other indirect damages resulting from the defect or warranty repair.
4.7. If diagnostics reveal that the defect is not covered by warranty, the customer pays a diagnostic fee of 50 BGN and may choose paid repair or have the product returned without repair.
5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR BATTERIES
5.1. Battery warranty covers only factory defects resulting in complete malfunction.
5.2. The following are NOT covered by warranty:
Reduced capacity due to natural wear (up to 20% annually)
Damage from deep discharge (below 20% for more than 7 days)
Damage from charging or storage at extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 45°C)
Damage from using non-original chargers
Physical damage to the battery casing
5.3. To maintain warranty validity, the battery must be charged at least once every 30 days, even when the vehicle is not in use.
6. CLAIMS PROCEDURE
6.1. Claims are accepted only in writing – via email at sselectric.express@gmail.com or through the contact form on the website.
6.2. The claim must include:
Customer name and contact details
Order or invoice number
Product serial number
Detailed description of the defect
Photos or video of the issue (if possible)
6.3. Incomplete claims will not be processed until all required information is provided.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. The Seller's maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for:
Personal injury or death caused by improper use
Damage to third-party property
Lost profits or indirect damages
Loss of data or personal information
Damage caused by using the vehicle on roads or terrain unsuitable for its type
7.3. The customer uses the product entirely at their own risk and must comply with applicable laws and traffic regulations.
8. PRODUCT RETURNS
8.1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, provided that:
The product is in its original packaging
The product has not been used and shows no signs of use
All accessories and documents are included
8.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8.3. The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
8.4. If missing items, damage, or signs of use are found, the Seller reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. These warranty terms are an integral part of the sales contract.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes take effect from the date of publication on the website.
9.3. Bulgarian law applies to all matters not covered herein.
9.4. All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, or if not possible, by the competent court in Sofia.
